They: Only you would drive twenty miles out of your way to save two cents a gallon.

We: Is that a compliment or an insult?

They: Which do you think?

We: Well, I'm not going to save any money doing that, so you must think I'm stupid, and since I'm not, and I don't, what you said is an outright lie.

They: ...

We: And even if I did, how could you possibly know I'm the only one? You seriously believe there's no one else, out of the six or so billion people stupiding all over the place, I'm the only one so stupid as to do that?

They: Only you would say that.
