bat shark-repellent or bat-shark repellent

You ever see the old Batman movie with Adam West?

Remember the part where he's dangling from the helicopter and Robin dips him into the San Francisco Bay and a shark immediately latches onto his leg?

And remember he calls for "Bat shark-repellent"?

Or is it "Bat-shark repellent"?

If it's the former, then Batman's asking Robin for a shark repellent that also works on bats; if it's the latter, then it's a repellent for a breed of fish known as a "bat-shark."

Either way, neither makes much sense.
